How does the ChatSEO affiliate program work?

The 3 required steps to get started

  1. Create an affiliate account via this link: https://chatseo.tolt.io/login
  2. Join the WhatsApp affiliate group to share tips, wins, and learn together: WhatsApp group
  3. If you want a promo code, join the WhatsApp group and ask for a 10% coupon code in the group.

Every affiliate also has a unique link. Whoever comes through your link has nothing to enter, attribution happens on its own.

How it works

  1. You share your link. You get a unique affiliate link and share it with your audience.
  2. They subscribe. When someone subscribes through your link, you are credited automatically.
  3. You get paid. You earn 30% of their subscription, for as long as they stay subscribed.

1. How do I sell ChatSEO?

2. How do payments work?

Simple: we process payments through Tolt.

Payments are automatically generated on a NET-15 system, meaning 15 days after the end of each month. For example, commissions earned in September will be paid on October 15th. You can then withdraw your earnings via Stripe or PayPal.

3. Who do I contact if I have a problem with my affiliate account?

4. What's the commission rate?

The commission rate is 30% lifetime, on monthly and annual subscriptions alike.

You earn 30% of each subscription, every month, as long as your customer stays subscribed.

5. Is there a referral program to recruit other affiliates?

Not yet, but it's planned! We'll keep you posted as soon as it's available.

6. If someone signs up via my link but doesn't subscribe right away, do I still earn my commission if they upgrade later?

Yes!

No matter when the person upgrades (tomorrow, in 30 days, or even 90 days), you'll earn your commission.

Condition: within the 90-day cookie limit.

Example:

  • Day 1: someone clicks your link and starts their trial
  • Day 45: they upgrade to a paid plan
  • ✅ You get credited!

7. If someone buys an annual subscription via my link, do I receive the entire commission at once or monthly?

You receive the entire commission in one payment, on each annual payment.

Example: if someone takes the Ranker plan at €79/month billed annually (with 20% off), they pay €758.40/year. You receive €227.52 at once (30% of €758.40).

8. Is there a minimum amount before I can get paid?

Yes, you must reach at least €50 in commissions before requesting a payment.

9. How long does the affiliate cookie last?

The cookie lasts 90 days.

If a user clicks your link and signs up within 90 days, you'll be credited.

Example:

  • January 1st: someone clicks your link
  • March 15th (74 days later): they sign up and pay
  • ✅ You get credited!

10. What happens if my customer cancels their subscription?

If your customer cancels or downgrades, you stop earning commissions for that customer. But all commissions already earned remain yours.

11. Where can I find my affiliate links and track my performance?

Everything happens in your Tolt dashboard: https://chatseo.tolt.io/login

You'll find:

  • Your unique affiliate link
  • Real-time stats (clicks, conversions)
  • Your monthly revenue
  • Payment history

12. Can I use paid advertising to promote ChatSEO?

Yes, but with one important rule:

  • ✅ Allowed: generic keywords (e.g., "SEO tool", "SEO analysis")
  • ❌ Forbidden: bidding on "ChatSEO" or brand variations

Ad traffic has to go to your own content, not straight to chatseo.app.

13. Are there any plans or offers excluded from the affiliate program?

No, all plans are eligible for the affiliate program.

14. How do I know if someone signed up via my link?

Everything is automatically tracked in your Tolt dashboard.

You'll see in real time:

  • Clicks on your link
  • Sign-ups
  • Conversions to paying customers
  • Commissions earned

15. How long does it take to be approved as an affiliate?

Approval is almost instant if you have an SEO/marketing audience. Generally, it's validated within a few hours max.

16. Can I promote ChatSEO on multiple channels?

Yes, absolutely! You can promote ChatSEO wherever you want.
